What if my purchase is damaged during shipping?
We require all of our clients to purchase insurance when shipping. If you piece is damaged, we will endeavour to do what ever we can to either correct or replace the art work.
Do I have to pay GST (Alberta's sales tax) if I'm ordering from the USA?
If you or your company are outside of Canada, you do not have to pay GST. In most cases, there is also no duty on your purchases at Artcarumba.com.

We are currently talking with a professional framer right now. We should have this resource in place by November 2006.
