The carrier most of our clients prefer is UPS. Once you have made your order an email will be sent to you with the waybill number. This will enable you to easily track the progress of your shipment over the internet at:

If we are exporting your art work to a country outside of Canada, most do not charge duty. At ArtCarumba.com we have set up an import/export license to enable your purchase to cross borders smoothly and with little or no interruption.
The cost of shipping depends on the size of the art work, whether it is framed or unframed (most clients prefer to choose unframed and therefore can customize their purchase to fit their unique situation) and of course the final destination. Once the order has been made we will endeavor to provide the shipping costs within 24 to 48 hours. All shipping costs include insurance. If you prefer to use your own carrier or set up your own shipping terms, we will be happy to help out in any way we can.
Once you have made your order and the shipping terms have been agreed upon, ArtCarumba will ship your product within 48 hours. If the art work is needed faster than this, then we can expedite our process to ensure you have it in your hands as fast as possible. Shipping within North America is usually within three to four business days, if not sooner.
Payment can be made by Visa, MasterCard, American Express or certified cheque.
Canadian residents will be charged for GST at 6%. International shipments are exempt from this charge.
